Medicine for the Heart, Wisdom for the Soul.

We will honour the land that holds us — offering sacred herbs, incense, and tobacco in gratitude
and reverence for the spirits of the earth, water, air, and fire.

Together, we’ll weave our prayers into the land, opening the space for deep connection and healing.

Our Offerings

Shamanic Teachings

Step into the sacred circle as we weave ancient shamanic ways into the heart of our gathering. Together, we’ll honour the land and one another with shamanic protection rituals, calling in the spirits of the earth, sky, and ancestors to hold us in safety and wisdom. Through guided journeys, you’ll venture into unseen realms to discover your personal power symbol — a guide, an ally, a gift from Spirit.

We’ll challenge ourselves with warrior tasks designed to expand our hearts, strengthen our spirits, and deepen our connection to the sacred within and around us. At the fire, stories will be shared like medicine, carried on the smoke to remind us of who we truly are.

We’ll gather around the 13 Moons Fire for a powerful release ceremony — offering what no longer serves to the flames and making space to reclaim our wholeness. And through it all, we return again and again to the land, remembering that we are part of Her, and She of us.

Body Movement

We’ll be weaving movement into our days as a way to reconnect with our bodies, the earth, and the wild feminine within us. Each morning, we’ll gently awaken with Sara Jane as she guides us through Qi Gong or intuitive nature dancing, opening our energy channels, stretching out the sleep, moving stagnant energy, and aligning ourselves for the magic of the day ahead.

Throughout our stay, Katy will be inviting us into the healing embrace of cold plunges in the beautiful, fresh lake waters, followed by Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra) practices — helping to boost our energy, calm our minds, and drop into deep rest and restoration.

And when the moon rises, we’ll gather on the beach for an ecstatic moon dance — a chance to shake loose the stories we carry, stomp our feet into the earth, drum, sing, and move in any way that feels good. Together, we’ll honour the wild, the free, and the untamed within us, moving as one with the land and waters surrounding us.

Sacred Medicines

Our first medicine ceremony will be with Kambo, a jungle medicine known for its powerful cleansing properties. Kambo helps us release old wounding, pain, fear, and sadness — bringing to the surface emotions we’ve long buried. As we release what no longer serves, we begin to shed the remnants of unprocessed experiences, revealing the truth of who we are beneath the layers. Kambo's healing peptides remind our bodies how to heal themselves, restoring balance and vitality.

We will also gather for a ceremony with Earth Dreaming Allies — heart-opening, consciousness-expanding plant teachers that guide us back into deep relationship with the earth, ourselves, and each other. Through these sacred medicines, we will dance barefoot with the land, feeling the pulse of the earth beneath us. These Grandfather medicines offer us the steady, loving embrace of the Divine Masculine — opening our hearts, dissolving separation, and reconnecting us to the wisdom of nature, spirit, and the ancient ways.

Sacred Tool Crafting

At our women’s gathering, we’ll be diving into the magic of creation through sacred arts and crafts. When women gather to create, ancient medicine moves through our hands and hearts. Science shows that making art activates the brain’s reward pathways — lifting our spirits, easing anxiety, and bringing us fully into the present moment where time dissolves and soul speaks.

Together, we’ll craft shamanic shakers of all shapes and sizes, infused with intention and spirit, to carry the medicine of this gathering home with us. We’ll paint and draw our sacred power symbols, allowing our inner wisdom to rise and take form. And in a beautiful act of self-expression, we’ll adorn ourselves with symbols and colours, painting our skin to reflect the wild, radiant, and unique essence of our souls.

This is more than crafting — it’s ceremony, it’s medicine, it’s a homecoming to the beauty within. Join us in this sacred space where art becomes ritual, and what we create mends and awakens what we carry inside.

“When women gather, the earth listens. In the circle of sisterhood, we remember who we are, heal our wounding, and weave new worlds with the threads of our hearts.”
